My mission is to empower organizations to develop and execute innovative strategies, improve organization structures and business processes by reducing costs, increasing revenues and improving satisfaction of customers, employees and stakeholders.

My vision is to empower organizations to successfully develop, execute and control their strategy and achieve the goals of the organization. I do this by combining state-of-the-art strategy research with extensive practical experience in strategy consulting.
