Dr. van der Maas delivers lectures on strategy execution to executives and managers around the world. In his strategy execution lectures he presents the Strategy Management Model – a comprehensive strategic management model that allows managers to master strategy execution.
Dr. van der Maas conducts leading edge research on strategy execution around the world. The aim to the research is better understand why strategies fail so often and what practices contribute to strategy execution success or failure.
Dr. Arnoud van der Maas publishes books, articles and papers on strategic management with a special focus on strategy execution. Most publications are based on his PhD research at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University – one of the top 5 business schools in Europe.
